Who we are
We are a collective of experienced and highly trained doulas with a heart to provide support for the families who are walking through swift changes to birth plans. We understand that sometimes plans need to shift to protect both mom and baby. But often those shifts can feel daunting and overwhelming. This is where we desire to partner with families! We have experience with higher-risk pregnancies, rapid transfers, birth plan changes, and navigating supporting families through medically complex shifts. If you did not previously hire a doula, but now desire doula support while navigating these rapidly shifting moments, we are the team you are looking for!
We are not medical personnel, and we are unable to make medical recommendations or decisions for you. But we can walk with you and assist you in understanding what is going on so you can make truly informed decisions. We are skilled in supporting families through medical inductions, assisting your nurses in helping you rotate to keep baby descending well if you choose to utilize an epidural as a tool, aiding in taking pictures and helping you understand what is going on if you are able to have an additional support person for a cesarean, and helping you navigate those first couple of hours after baby is born.
When you choose to book with us you will receive whichever doula is on call and available to come to you, but we pull from an amazing list of doulas that includes:
The Tie-Dyed Doula

Lauren’s super power is positioning in pregnancy and troubleshooting all things baby. Lauren has a heart for anxious new parents and serving moms in need through a pregnancy nonprofit.
Cynthia Miranda
